How To Order
de facto Asia wants to make it easy for you to order. You can:

Order Online
Our ordering process is simple. Those steps are as follow:

• After you register to be our new member, please simply browse our online store, and if you would like to buy or interest in any items please select the style number and detail of the Jewellery.  We provide you a selection of metal, Gemstone and plating for each item. 
• After making your prefer style no. selection, we will show the product detail such price, quantity of gemstone, dimension of jewellery, and weight. 
• Then click the 'Add to cart' button.  All of your selection will be gathered into your order form.
• To help you estimate the shipment cost, we provide you the data of the couriers.  You can either select your preference courier from our providing sources or you can use your own courier account.  Please note that the value shown on the web is the estimation of the shipment cost.  The actual cost may be a little deviate from our estimation which may be less or higher.
• You can also providing us any message or note for the ordering page in order to give us more precise communication.
• After you have finished your selection, click on "Checkout".  Then you will find all your selection items in summarization page, which you can still amend your selection. 
  
• We understand that you may want to discuss further in detail for the product ordering therefore you can submit the summarize page to us and print out the order page at the end of checkout process. 
• In case of your desire to make an order after the selection, you will be given the opportunity to review your selection, check the total price of your order and correct any input errors. All information on our Website is an invitation to treat only and is not an offer or unilateral contract. Your order represents an offer by you to purchase the Goods. We will acknowledge receipt of your order without delay by sending a confirmation email. Please note however that such confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order.  The payment method can be in several ways as given in detail below.

Order via Email - Simply send an email with names and addresses of the recipients, the product code and the quantity that you want to order, your name and billing address to contact@defactoasia.com. We'll call you for the payment method

Order via Fax - Send a fax to 66-2-641-4350 with names and addresses of the recipients, the product code, and the quantity that you want to order, your name and billing address. If it is ring, please specify your size. We'll call you for the payment method

Once we received your purchase order, we will send you the confirmation for the purchase order to let you approve. For the total amount order is less than $500 USD, you may pay by Paypal, Visa or Master card. For the total amount order is greater than $500 USD, please T/T your payment to our Bank account. Payment information can be found in our Term and Condition Page.

We will start your order production when we have received your payment. The production process, estimate, is 4 to 6 weeks.

Discounts
de facto Asia offers discounts for ordering our product. Our product offers significant value compared to those of our competition. Because we already offer low prices and high value, the company must sustain a certain level of sales before offering these discounts. Our discount structure is based on the total order (not including shipping) and is as follows:

• Minimum order is Eur 2,000
• Eur2,000 – Eur 5,000 5% off entire order
• Eur 5,000 – Eur 10,000 7% off entire order
• Eur 10,000 – Eur 20,000 10% off entire order
• Over $20,000 Call – Personalized discounts
