These guidelines will help to ensure optimum results in the customization process. |

Digital is preferred… If your logo isn't already on file, please submit digital artwork as vector files created in Adobe Illustrator or Macromedia Freehand software. Convert all type to paths and include any color breaks. If this is not possible, please provide 1270 dpi black & white line art at 100% of final size or larger. All lines and edges of the artwork should be smooth, without any jagged edges. Images sourced from the Internet are not of sufficient resolution for a crisp, clear logo. We can accept floppy & Zip disks in PC format. If sending files by email, compress (zip or stuff) and send to: contact@defactoasia.com |

| A hard copy logo will do First, we suggest that unless you created your art in MSword, Print Shop or some other basic program, that you contact your business card / letterhead printer to see if they have a copy of a vectored format of your art. In most cases they will have it, and forward it to you via email. If you cannot meet these digital requirements, please provide a hard-copy logo. We prefer to start with oversized art and reduce it to final size. Be sure to send slick sheets flat——no staples or tape. Please add 2 business days to the production of your item. |

| Approval of illustration de facto Asia will mail, fax, or e-mail an illustration showing the size and position of the logo on the product for your approval. This helps ensure accuracy and allows you to make any changes before the die is produced. |
